Statement on Covid-19 Preparedness

With the continuing pandemic brought about by COVID-19, we have implemented safety measures to ensure the health safety and well0being of those attending our offices. The well0being of our employees and clients remains a top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time. Appropriate measures have been implemented to ensure our office is safe and we have protocols in place to ensure they stay that way including:

  • Mandatory masks required for all individuals attending our premises, including delivery and service personnel;
  • Limited client attendances to our office to only those required to physically attend in person;
  • Accommodating meetings to occur via phone or video;
  • Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols, with particular focus on high traffic and high contact areas;
  • Maintaining records of attendances to our premises in the event contact tracing is necessary;

To protect yourself and others, we will not allow entry to our premises if you have:

  • Any of the following symptoms: difficulty breathing/shortness of breath, chest pain, confusion, drowsiness, loss of consciousness, fever/chills, cough, sore throat/hoarse voice, loss of taste or sense of smell;
  • Travelled out of Province within the last 14 days;
  • Had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days;
  • Tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 30 days;
  • Any people with whom you live tested positive in the last 30 days.

We ask for your cooperation so that together we can take reasonable measures to prevent transmission of the virus. Know that we are doing our part by putting employment policies in place so that our staff are protected, and we are able to continue to function and operate on your behalf. Again, we continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide ongoing updates as needed. We also encourage you to stay up-to-date through Canada’s Public Health website.

Thank you.
